WebJun 18, 2014 · Try dark, or fire if you are good on FTH, and INT. (Scales on FTH, and INT.) Try mundane if you have a well rounded character. (Mundane scales on lowest stat.) You have good STR, so raw is a bad idea. Posion and bleed do not work good with slow weapons, and most bosses can't be bleed/poisoned. Either this infusion is broken, it is meant to make it more challengng, or it works well only on specific weapons. So far I have found no weapon that benefits from "enchanted." In the original DS, sorcery damage was a function of your catalyst's MagAdjust, your current INT, and in dark sorcery, also your STR. In DSII, there does not seem to be a MagAdjust stat that I can find. The description of the catalyst indicates that INT will increase sorceries damage. Webfirst you need a normal weapon on right hand that can be buffed with bow on left hand. then when 2-handing the bow use a resin to buff the right weapon. now since you was 2-handing the bow and the right weapon was on your back/side the bow will also get buffed.
