It sucks that I can't now hook my M1 MacBook Pro up to it and get more GPU performance. it is nice though that I was able to go from a RX 580 to a RX 6800 without needing to get a whole new computer. NettetAtleast for my specific build, after days and weeks of debugging and research, the only way my build works is if i plug in the thunderbolt cable after I turn on the laptop and force boot to Windows and plug it in during the start up. Theres horror stories of upgrading the OS and the eGPU stops working.
