Web22 dec. 2024 · Tachiharas used to be a clear "best value" in 4x5 wood field cameras but then Shen Hao and later Chamonix came along and kind of undercut them with a similar camera but more features for about the same price (though Chamonix has gone up a good bit since they were first introduced and Shen Haos weigh a couple pounds more). WebThe universal bellows material will not work on this camera it is to thick. I would stay away from lamb skin. All you need to do is get them wet fold up the camera and a week latter when you open the camera again the bellows are toast. Also leather is not IR safe. The only person that makes lamb skin bellows is Wisner.
